When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you may check your e-mail that was provided to us for
confirmation and click on the link in your e-mail to track the status of your order,
or you can call us at (626) 581-7200 and provided the sales representative with
your order number to check the status.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which the suppliers/ manufactures are sold out on
the particular item and are unable to predict when they
will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the
item to you.
I don't see the product that I'm looking for on your website. Would you
happen to have it or be able to get it?
Yes, OptionImports.com carries all major brands of the import
aftermarket performance
industry. Since there are thousands of products out there, sometimes we're not
able to list every single product. We try to populate our website with the most
popular items. If you can't find a specific product, feel free to give us a call
at (626) 581-7200
with a manufacture part number or brief description of what you're looking for,
then we will be able to get it for you.
Do you ship International Orders?
We will only ship international orders outside the U.S. and Canada if paid
with Wire Transfer, International Money Order or Cashier's Check. For international orders,
please e-mail us to receive a quote for total costs.
Can I pick up my order locally?
If you are located in the greater Los Angeles area and would
like to pick up your order locally by will-call, please select Local
Pick Up during check out and we will contact you
to arrange a time for pick-up . You will need to pay for the order by
credit card before
arriving to pick it up, tax will also be charged - no exceptions.
The parts I received are damaged, what do I do?
When receiving the delivery, you should inspect the shipment
for any damage before signing the release. If the parts you received are
damaged, you should notify the delivery man immediately at the point of delivery in
order to claim the insurance. You will then need to initiate an insurance claim
with the shipping company. Once you have signed the release, all shipping
damages are your responsibilities. Give us a call at (626) 581-7200 to confirm
the damaged on the item.
I received the wrong parts, what do I do?
If you received the wrong parts due to our mistake, we will correct the order
and ship you the right part as soon as possible. You can contact us at (626)
581-7200 to obtain an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once you have received an RMA
number from us, attach the RMA number and any special instructions and ship
those items back to us in their original package. Do not open or use items to be
returned in order to receive a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept any return shipment without an RMA number.

From time to time we do sponsor cars, but only a selected few that we feel will
best represent our company. If you're just looking for free parts that will only
make your car look good, your best chance is to inquire with the manufacturers.
