When aftermarket performance accessories are fitted to your vehicle (cams, exhausts, air filters etc) the engines management system goes out of tune. This is often recognized by not getting the power gains that you anticipated when these accessories were fitted. By fitting a Gizzmo CamFC, your vehicles air/fuel ratios can be modified to suit your performance accessories resulting in an increase in power, torque, engine response and fuel economy. The cam switching function of the Gizzmo CamFC allows you to optimize your cam switching point to suit your modifications further enhancing mid range Power and removing holes in the power curve. For non-adjustable cam vehicles, the Gizzmo CamFC can be used for its AFC and Tachometer features whilst the cam trigger output can be used as an RPM switch for a shift light, high boost solenoid, NOS etc.
