Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are
risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own
risk. OptionImports.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for
mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance
products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles
which may never be used on a public highway.
Sales Policies: Payment can be made by VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or AMEX. We also accept payment methods by Certified
Cashiers Check or Money Order in US dollars only. For instructions on ordering
via Cashiers Check or Money Order, please email us. California residents are
charged an 8.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you
wish to pre-pay your order, contact us for an exact payment amount for parts and
shipping. Pre-payment will include charge for parts and freight. All orders will
be sent via ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. Orders are
normally processed 1 - 3 business days on receipt of order. After carrier
attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to
Import Store and will only be reshipped at the buyers expense. All returned
items must have a Return Authorization number. A 20% re-stocking charge is
normally assessed on all authorized returns.

International Orders: For
International Orders, please email us with the product(s), quantity and shipping
address for a price quote. Payment for international orders must be pre-paid by
certified cashiers check, money order, Paypal or money wire transfer. All in
U.S. Currency. Shipping is either U.S. Postal Service or UPS Worldwide Express,
customers choice. Large packages must go UPS. All orders shipped via UPS
Worldwide Express are insured to the total value.

Cancellations:
- Absolutely no cancellations on
special order items (turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems,
downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits etc).
- Cancellations for regular in stock items
will be subjected w/ a 20% Restocking Fee.
- Back order items, you can cancel at any time
w/ no penalty.
- Cancellation must be made by calling our
office directly, do not email or fax us.

Backorders: If for some reason an item on your
order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via phone or email and
we will backorder that item for you and hold your order. As soon as the
backordered item arrives at our warehouse your complete order will be shipped.
Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped.

Refund Policies: Absolutely no refunds on
turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil
over kits, special orders or electronic parts.

Return Policies: All returns must be notified
within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by an Return
Authorization (RA) number. You can request an RMA number by sending us an e-mail
to RMA@Optionimports.com. In your
email please include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for returning
- Your name
- Phone number and e-mail address
General Return Guidelines: Within 5 days of
receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging/unopened
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not damaged
- Do not have missing parts
These returns still require an RA number (see
above) and all non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. There are no refunds
on freight. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where
the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products: Before signing for your
package, make sure the box or packing tape has not been damaged. If box looks
like it has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign! If your
product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of
receipt. Please e-mail us immediately at damages@OptionImports.com
We will respond within 24 hours and will guide you through a return and
replacement process.
